Blueberry Bars (with jarred blueberry pie filling)
These berry bars are the best and can be made with any berries that you like! My favorite way to make them is with black raspberries but blueberries and red raspberries make a great berry bars too!
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in butter and egg. Using a fork or a pastry blender combine the ingredients. With clean hands, crumble the dough with your fingers and make sure everything is incorporated.
Press half of the dough into the bottom of a 10 inch pie dish, leaving the rest for the topping.
Spread the blueberry pie filling over the bottom crust. Top with remaining crumble.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Allow the berry bars to cool and then cut into about 12 bars. Enjoy!
